BNUG Volunteers needed
Hey everybody.  The point of this email is easy, I need some help running the user group :).  It isn't that it takes a lot of work but when it is only one person it all adds up.  I am happy to still coordinate things but would love some help with some of it just to lighten the load.  I have come up with a couple ways that you can volunteer to help with the group if you are willing.  This could be a good opportunity for you to get some exposure to the community and see how things are run as well as help me not go crazy.
 
Option 1 - Take a role in the group.  If you would like to be completely in charge of one or more of the areas below that would be easily taken over.
 - Coordinating food sponsors for the meetings.
 - Coordinating speakers for the meetings
 - Managing the givaways and other swag
 - Web site - already being taken care of by Chad Phillips (thanks Chad!!!!)
 
Option 2 - Organize a meeting.  If you want more of a one time commitment, you could basically just take a month and be in charge of the whole thing.  Pick a topic, find a speaker and a food sponsor, and simply get it all coordinated. 
 
The commitment level on any of this is relatively small, there are really easy ways to find speakers and all you would have to do is send out a few emails and organize a meeting.  Thanks in advance for anything you can help with.  See you at the meeting next week!!
